In recent years a lot has been written about undiagnosed burnout and the consequences for the employee and their business. In addition, it is often the case that leaders are expected to manage the workload and well being of their teams, but just ‘suck it up’ when they themselves might be showing all the symptoms of executive burnout. The situation for many has become worse since the passing of the pandemic, and the subtle changes in the workplace environment that leaders now face.
